Mistake at pizza restaurant
Hi everyone
I went to a well known pizza chain in the UK for an extended family lunch yesterday. I thought about what to eat before I got there. But when I got there I got caught up in things and didn’t tune in to what would be good for me. I didn’t need a starter and ordered a poor choice. I made a good choice of main course. Then I ordered a fresh mint tea and because everyone else was having desert I ordered a mini desert which was far too sweet. I enjoyed the meal, but I paid the price for lots of white carbs and some sugar. I felt all over the place last night and out of tune with my body. Because of RR I understand why which is so helpful and motivating.
I love reading everyone’s posts on this forum.
