: I went to a well-known pizza chain in the UK for an extended family: lunch yesterday. I thought about: what to eat before I got there.
: But when I got there I got caught: up in things and didn’t tune in to what would be good for me. I: didn’t need a starter and ordered: a poor choice. I made a good: choice of the main course. Then I: ordered a fresh mint tea and: because everyone else was having: desert I ordered a mini desert: which was far too sweet. I enjoyed: the meal, but I paid the price for lots of white carbs and some: sugar. I felt all over the place: last night and out of tune with my: body. Because of RR, I understand: why which is so helpful and: motivating.
