It has helped me a lot to read about the Pizza Restaurant experience. I have gotten into trouble of late in my own home. My husband and I both love ice cream, and he bought me my favorite kind. He likes to "bond" with me over eating ice cream. Yes, I know that there are better ways for couples to bond, and that even though it was a nice gesture for him to buy my ice cream, it wasn't in my best interests. I indulged, and then felt the results the next day in my muscles and my mood. I am glad that nobody condemns each other on the site. On the positive side, I have come to dislike store-bought salad dressings because of their sickly-sweet flavor. So now, I make my own without sugar and I love the taste and enjoy my salads so much more.
