Very interesting thread. Mosaic I love that you are planning and preparing in advance, and great suggestions Allison. I really need to do some prep and thinking in advance when I go out for meals so I don’t get caught up in all the activity and lose touch with my needs. Also RR is gradually making me more assertive as I have to ask for what I want.
