Thank you, Mosaic -- yes, one of the great things about this program for me has been giving me things to feel good about accomplishing rather than the constant litany of failure. It starts with those first food achievements, and spreads outwards to life stuff -- like not berating myself for *days* about getting a spoon caught in the blender , or not running errands in the most perfect, most optimally efficient order on a Saturday. My inner critic can be vicious and reduce me to tears.
But breakfast helps with ALL of that; it continues to amaze me. (And the thing that amazes me the most right now is how important timing is to the breakfast effect -- every time I find myself thinking, "This breakfast thing doesn't work any more, it's broke," I find that timing has slipped by a few minutes; and when I pay more attention to that and put it back in place, voila, breakfast starts working again!)
(I think you should add being wonderfully kind and supportive and funny on this forum to your list of accomplishments! It sure has made and continues to make a difference to me. )
