Re: Breakfast
In Response To: Re: Breakfast ()

Oh, I love the idea of post-its to plot a novel. I am working on a long story that involves many different plot threads involving different characters. I have been struggling with the sequence, and post-its could be just the ticket for trying different sequences until I know how I want it. You just never know what you will learn here!

: hi Tanja

: I like the idea of post its. I read
: once of an author using a wall of
: post its to plot a novel ! But
: good for at a glance and retrieve
: it I should think

:

: 100g (3.5 ounce) of combined
: oaths

: sounds delicious. An old favourite of
: mine was just thawed berries,
: cottage cheese and toasted cooled
: oats all mixed up. I used to
: detest cottage cheese till I found
: the full fat version and how
: protein dense it is - very
: satisfying

: and I thoroughly approve of salted
: nuts in it. The salt in the nuts
: really pulls the flavours out of
: that combination Quite often when
: travelling I have added salted
: nuts to lots of things, breakfast,
: salads etc - the crunch and salt
: and savoury is delightful isn't
: it.

:

: It gives around 25g protein

: :

: Generally speaking we just count
: protein grams.

: All the protein contained in complex
: carb/brown stay out of the
: equation

: and a good trick to remember is count
: the protein if you can hold it
: easy in your hand. So runny
: yogurt, no, or milk...…… but I do
: count my greek yogurt as it is
: protein dense, as an add-on
: protein not my sole source. Hope
: of help

: happy breakfasting tomorrow :h11)
