*watching families enjoy each other Christmas Day on the beach*

My husband gave me some coloring pencils for Christmas. So this morning while drinking my tea I thought I would spend a few minutes coloring.

I had bought the coloring book from the on line store “ Seven Steps to Freedom” . By Kathleen Desmaisons. The picture I was up to step seven “relaxing”. It is a lady laying on the beach. I thought oh it’s me! And then the next one
is clothes shopping.

This really is part of my step seven. Learning to relax and buying clothes that fit me no matter what size I am. I just bought some new bras and had the lady size fit me. Felt good to be wearing a size that works for me and fits!
