Hi Chloe
I love the sound of what you are doing. The colouring book sounds great, I’m going to check that out.
And brilliant that you are buying clothes that fit and make you feel good. I’m doing the same thing. I know that I’ve put weight on over Christmas but I am being kind and compassionate to myself about it. I looked very large in a photo a few days ago but I am not criticising myself which is new behaviour. I’m going to keep doing my best to make one good choice at a time as Kathleen says. Your step 7 sounds very positive. How long did it take you to get to step 7 and how long have you been on Step 7?
Thanks
Fiona
