I don't know if that was me or not who used the word "revisiting" but I like it too.
My breakfast has stayed the same over the years. I have a shake with half a banana, almond milk, liquid egg whites, and George's Restore, along with a slice of Ezekiel bread with natural peanut butter. Sometimes I swap the bread for oatmeal, especially in the winter, but the rest stays the same. It's very automatic and natural, which is how I like to think of the goal when we say to master a step before going to the next one. Mastering to me is when it feels natural. And now that I think about that, I do also find myself just naturally calculating when I need my next meal. That's a carry-over as well. Oh, and getting enough protein in each meal. That one hasn't been as steady, but I always think about it at each meal.
