Last time I visited my family, my stepmother made a delicious shrimp dish and last night I decided to try it. My husband had bought some jumbo shrimp, so I shelled some and then put them on skewers. We covered them on both sides with a mixture of mayonnaise and curry powder and broiled them for about 3-4 minutes on each side. The topping got all bubbly and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. I think I am going to use the same topping on salmon soon. Salmon, brown rice and broccoli with cheese sauce (left over from making macaroni and cheese and having extra milk we needed to use up).
