: jumbo shrimp, so I shelled some
: and then put them on skewers. We
: covered them on both sides with a
: mixture of mayonnaise and curry
: powder and broiled them for about
: 3-4 minutes on each side. The
: topping got all bubbly and the
: shrimp were cooked perfectly. I
: think I am going to use the same
: topping on salmon soon. Salmon,
: brown rice and broccoli with
: cheese sauce (left over from
: making macaroni and cheese and
: having extra milk we needed to use
: up).
