Mediterranean grill sounds just right for me too ! We will do a combined menu sampling !

its interesting, my experience of Indian restaurants in America is very limited …….. only twice.... but it did bring home to me the notion that chicken tikka masala ( voted Britains national dish!) was a thing not authentically Indian but purely invented for the British palate

Both the restaurants we tried had such a different approach, and the dinner overall was much sweeter at least to my honed taste buds. We were staying with friends in Washington who told us that was the case in their opinion and they only ate out at the Indian restaurants on visits back to UK ! We do get attuned I think

pizza doesn't suit me one bit but I do sometimes butterfly a chicken breast, flatten it out a bit and top very generously with tomato sauce, oregano, peppers, cheeses and pepperoni which nearly hits the spot, Now I have remembered that I will plan it in next week
