This is a good reminder for me, Allison. I've been working on giving myself credit for making positive changes/choices. It takes some time, though, doesn't it? It was always easier to kick myself in the pants than to give myself a pat on the back (both involve my backside...;-) ), but I'm slowly changing that. These days I'm healing my body AND my brain. Hanging with positive peeps helps a lot. like Pam said, "that connection thing" :-)
