Wow, mosaic, I think the term "exercise snacks" is fantastic!
That must be what I'm doing when I'm walking with music. It's great to take a little 20 minute break, like a snack.

Your posts make me smile and laugh all the time! I also have book selections in different rooms. My hubby is building a pile on the living room windowsill which may soon have to be whittled down (so the mail lady can keep looking in).

Walking on the beach is so great. Sometimes in the winter I go up to the Maine coast and stay in an oceanfront room overnight, to go through a cycle of the tides. I crack the door so I can hear them coming and going all night. What a good reminder-will have to do that soon in between snowstorms.

I smiled at your choice of Sewing Bee. I have shows like that too, that are delightful just to me.
