JoEllen, you made my margarita glass smile! This morning I made your ice cream shake and it was delish. You have my brain working overtime with ways I can change up the flavors...orange, blueberry, almond, even just plain vanilla. Adding the nut butter must give it the taste of cream.
It made a pretty big shake, so I had a bit leftover to eat in 1/2 hour. I put that portion in the freezer and when it was half frozen, i mixed the icy and unfrozen parts together. Numbo!
