These pigs in blankets are little hot dogs wrapped in biscuit dough and baked. I looked up the recipe on line for making them with bisquick biscuit dough mix, because then I could make them with Kathleen's baking mix. However, I would also have to research whether hot dogs have gluten in them. I don't normally eat hot dogs so it isn't something I have looked into. They are really yummy dipped in spicy mustard.
