Your dinner sounds lovely, Mosaic (although you can keep the olives, LOL). I have not been to a fancy restaurant for quite a while.

Last night I cut up little potatoes and steamed them, combined them with rotisserie chicken, and topped with cut up pieces of Spanish goat/sheep cheese (it might have been Iberica - it's from an assortment of goat and sheep's milk cheese that I really like) and then heated up in the microwave. Sauteed onions would have been good in that if I had wanted to take more time. We had come home late from shopping at Costco and I just wanted quick and easy.
