Things have gotten really busy at work. I have lots of projects and things to keep track of. Today I had to prepare material for 2 different meetings that were only an hour apart. The only way I could do it was to skip taking a lunch break. However, you can bet that I did not skip lunch. I always bring my lunch. I ate at my desk. I also had a snack during the second meeting because I usually eat something at that time of day. I'm making sure to pack lots of good food to keep myself fueled for all the extra activity.

On Thursday we are having a potluck at work. The theme is pasta. I signed up to do one of the pasta dishes. I will be making meat sauce with zucchini, onions and mushrooms with brown rice pasta. That way, there will be at least one pasta dish I can eat.
