It's good you're paying attention, Fiona. I think about how mosaic has written that if she stockpiles something, that's a clue that it may have too much of a charge.

There are also very likely addictive ingredients in things that may not be listed in the ingredients. Some products might have additional chemicals that keep people coming back. I'm sure M&Ms (and Fritos) have something addictive in them besides sugar.

No need to feel guilty, though. :h11) When you're ready you'll take it out. Or you could try it for a specific predetermined amount of time and see if you feel better.
