Re: Chocolate experiment
In Response To: Re: Chocolate experiment ()

And I really enjoy my one square, but my chocolate consumption has not crept up at all. Also, I use the 90% cocoa and the few times I have tried the 85% cocoa (once it was mixed in with the 90% and I bought the wrong one, and another time someone gave me one), even though it has only a tiny bit more sugar, I don't like the flavor nearly as well.

One thing I only have every once in a while because even though I really like it, I can tell it isn't good for me, is lattes. Every once in a blue moon I will get a decaf latte. However, I know it isn't good for me because it takes away my appetite and gives me a bit of a stomach ache, so most of the time, even if I want it, I don't order one, and have herbal tea instead. (This is when my husband and I go to Starbucks.)
