So interesting to read about stockpiling!!! I do that, especially with foods that have a charge for me.
I think giving up choc for a determined amount of time is a great idea, and then I can see how it affects me.
I’ve lost my journal can’t find it anywhere, so have started a new one, will note all this down
Have a good weekend everyone. It’s early Friday evening here in the UK, I’m just in from work, and normally I used to have a few squares of dark choc as a treat ( I can’t only eat one square unfortunately), but not tonight
