That's the problem with low carb diets. Many people lose weight at first, but it's almost impossible to maintain and when you start eating carbs again, you tend to lose the weight back.

Getting steady and then working on slow, steady weight loss works better. It's not glamorous or dramatic but you will feel a lot better.
