Yes, Chloe, I'm looking forward to the day when these cravings are gone!
As far as step 3, i'm hangin' in there, trying to stabilize lunch. I usually have no trouble with snacks, but when I get hungry, sometimes I eat Triscuit crackers and peanut butter or frozen blueberries.
The only time I have refined sugar is when I go out of the house. I'm definitely not at the point yet where I have no sugar in my day, but like I said, I'm looking forward to it!
