Yes, mosaic, I've had quite a few "flirts" with a bag of sweet potato chips, thinking, "gee, all it is is sweet potatoes, oil and salt, same as eating a sweet potato with oil and salt" and the whole bag is gone soon after that and I've got a stomach ache. :s10(

I still don't understand the logic of it, but I stay away from them. It may be all the folded over shapes, salt and crunch, not sure, but I totally get what you mean about the unsweetened chocolate--it "should" be fine, but body says differently.

I love sharing and reading all of our insights on the forum too. :h5)
