calculating the right protein??

I think I need about 25g of protein in the am, I weigh 163.... it seems silly, but not
sure I am counting the protein right, I am overthinking of course, just reading the book and starting step 1. Would a piece of bread, two eggs and 4 pieces of bacon be right?? Can anyone just share to help me to get over the worry or share what is the easiest breakfast?? Thank you
