I tried all sorts in step three Got distracted.

Looking at what suits me was so much clearer on step 7.
I did do the steps without wheat though as had been not choosing that for many years as it didn't suit me one bit... so didn't add it back in, that was remarkably clear at the start

Everything else I was suspiciously looking at , either got confirmed happily on 7, or turned out perfectly reasonable benign foods after all with a steady eye
