That sounds really yummy! I just love blender "ice cream."

Right now I'm having a lunch shake (thick as ice cream) with greenish banana, protein powder, cooked steel cut oats, frozen broccoli, lots of ice cubes, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder and unsweetened cocoa nibs added after the blending for crunch. There's no commercial ice cream as good, I think!
