Just back from a week of travel

Look for some vegetable soups , soft cheeses, rice cakes , tuna in pouches and nuts of all varieties. V8 juice is a quick pick me up and for a quick snack in the hospital cafeteria go for soothing soups to sip.
Prayers for healing, quiet spaces and time for walking and eating slowly..
