+++PLease do NOT do this. JUST breakfast. Go to the website and
look under the tab that says *getting started*. Learn the 4 parts of breakfast.
If you need more to do, work with those 4 parts. Do not think about eating other stuff
and whether it is good or bad. The key step now is learning the concept of *following instructions*
and the instructions are JUST BREAKFAST : h4)

And food is your healer, not your enemy. You may be addicted to sugar and white stuff,

Although, I've: been taught that just one bite of sugar or flour can send me over: the edge again. What does your: program have to say about that, I: wonder?

+++It says you do not have to live in fear. And one bite of anything will not create
a monster. You will heal and you do not have to live that way anymore. I do not agree with that
model and want you to learn a different way.

And as for the bi-polar,
