The mysterious thing about the steps is that each one brings you steadily closer to being healthier.
So already you have noted some improvements. :h2) When I began eating breakfast daily I stopped eating so much in the evenings and that was one of my first breakthroughs about 8 years ago.
Now I have solid breakfast habits and a lot of variety but back then I stuck to oatmeal, eggs, nuts and fruit .What is your favorite cereal?
