My favorite cereal at the moment is Grape-nuts, or some such. I like a good tasting pp to pour on top. I also like plain cooked oats with eggs and bacon. I had a lot of protein this morning. That's just the way it worked out. I'm supposed to have about 27 grams, and this morning was more like 35. I hope that is OK. I feel good!!!
