Hey Mosaic!! What I really like about the program is that you have been at this for several years and you're still doing it. You seemingly haven't been flighty like I have been. It's something I want healed for sure. At any rate, good to hear from you and am grateful. I'm doing my breakfast, and something I have a question about, is it OK to go over with the protein? I have done so, but I really like how it feels and I'm wondering what the benefits might be, if any? If you don't answer I'm just going to continue the way I have been. I don't eat that much protein for the rest of the day, and I feel safe having it in the morning. I've been enjoying my breakfasts. I start to worry about things and take a step back and tell myself to just let it flow, and it does and the worry floats away. (Worry about my weight and that sort of thing). My brain starts to get stuck like a broken record, but I'm learning to let it get unstuck, if you will.
