yes many years now, I carry everything I learned with me at all times very happily, because it enhances my life in so many ways, actually its great fun getting to know my beta endorphin workings particularly, which steadies my flighty side :h6) and harnesses the advantages of that enthusiasm

I smiled at your question Annie - a great one in my opinion because I remember asking the same one :h11) it was so funny I think I did a long, impassioned post about more protein powder in shake or something..... and Kathleen did one of her direct observations at me, so just one line

"The protein amounts are there for a reason"

and that was that! I got to do the workings-out for myself :h6) :h6)
which I was grateful for, because it had more impact for me

I was always one who thought, well, if that's good, more of it must be better on some level. Well I was overdoing it quite a lot at the time. I do have a little more protein these days, the reason being my journal says we are happy that way, and my individual needs thrive. At the time, I did manage to dial it back ( it was a lot more, see) and put a planned snack in instead, that worked better for me then...….. but your body will say whats best for You

hm, yes that's a good thought, its all about how I feel. Always good feedback (great word in this instance) Journal later on for you will be great fun I hope
