: Timing is everything and indeed our bodies let us know what is working.I do sometimes give myself little goal challenges to work on something that is clearly ( to me) taking away from my well being.
So alongside the steps I would add one tiny personal thing like never eating standing up or not gulping my food hurriedly and that sort of played along with the way I moved along step-wise.
It is all about serenity and pacing - then noting the progress as you have done.
