I use almond milk but if you use regular milk that is fine, I add 2 scoops protein powder 1/3 cup oatmeal, and frozen fruits because I like my shake cold and thick. I really like berries but I have added banana, mango or grapes. Anything you like.

That is my basic shake. I ate/drank that for years. Now I add spinach or kale. Chia seeds or ground flax seeds. But don’t think you need to rush into that. Main thing is to make it with things you like so you will want to drink it.

So many ideas out there have fun exploring.
