: Thank you for this week's newsletter.
: I really liked all of the: articles. I like the idea of coaching and would like more: information. I feel like I could: benefit from some coaching.
+++Here is the link to learn about coaching https://radiantrecovery.com/learn/classes/
I also: related to the testimony of the: week, where she said that she was: able to remove herself emotionally: to the problems in her household: and talk lovingly with her: children to come up with solutions (assuming it's a woman writing the: article). That is a problem in and: of itself for me. I am afraid of: angry outbursts and I feel that I: am doing something wrong when the: person I am dealing with gets: angry at me. What results is that: that person always gets their way: by having a meltdown. I feel like I am walking on eggshells and I have no one to blame but myself. I am not good with confrontation. I: wonder if this, too, is: biochemical?
+++It is more biochemical than you may realize I think the best thing to do is simply focus on mastering the steps and that will change the biochemistry and as that happens, you will be able to deal with things better.
Since we do not set: out to change other people; what: do I do when this happens? Any ideas? I'm all ears!! I know this: question may come under a: different heading, I'm just: curious if maybe you have been: there, also.
There are a whole lot of resources on the topic of *walking on eggshells*. Check and see. if any of these sound helpful...
Warmly,
Kahleen
