Potato timing
Hi everyone
I am looking to start having the potato at night but can’t seem to work it into my nightly routines so any tips would be very useful!
Problem:
I leave work at 5pm and go to the gym every night, which I get to at about 6pm. I do an hours workout and get home at 7.30, usually having finished tea by 8.30 pm
I’m usually in bed by 10pm as I have an early start in the morning
How do I fit the potato into this routine? Do I have a potato instead of tea?
I’m flummoxed lol
