: Hi, I was sugar-free for years due to: this book. I was also gluten and: dairy free for health reasons. Due: to extensive travel, I have gone: back to eating everything and have: been overeating everything to the: point of being physically sick. I: have also gained a tremendous: amount of weight. I desperately: want to go back on my program. I: am starting tomorrow. I know to do: the food but am feeling weak: lately. I am committed though and: am looking for support. Wonderful to see you back! I am glad you came over. The best thing to do is come back with a beginner's
mind. No shame. Lot's of people have gone through it. You can slip into the step one group. No one
cares anything about your *history* Just come in and work on breakfast. Don't try to do everything all at once. It won't work. Just breakfast.
Or you can stay here and just work on breakfast. Whatever feels safest.
We do have a lot of returnees over on the list though, so you might feel comfortable.
