You can get back to where you were. Take it nice and slow - just breakfast, and start with the part of breakfast that is easiest for you. Do you remember the 4 parts?
enough protein
a complex carb (whole grain bread, oatmeal, potato with skin etc)
within an hour of getting up
every day
Don't worry about the dairy and gluten - those are changes to consider when you are really steady on step 7.
