Hi there! Really liked this newsletter. I liked the parts about sticking to it. I sometimes do not feel like having protein in the morning much less a proper breakfast; but, it is getting better. This morning, I didn't feel like it, but then I talked to myself and said, "Self, you don't feel like it but you know you want it." And then I had my first shake. It was very simple; but, it had all the bare necessities. I didn't feel too full and I actually liked the taste going down. So that's my point in a nut shell. Thank you for this program.
