I don't stop by much, but you'd be surprised at how often I think of you fondly.

I recently tried making roasted cauliflower dip and it's delicious! I like roasted cauliflower (coated with a bit of olive oil and roasted in the oven till brown at 350).

I saw a recipe for dip made from this roasted cauliflower. Basically you just blend it up with a touch of water and a bit more olive oil and then add seasonings. I made it with curry powder, salt and pepper, and it was really delicious with carrots, and my favourite blue corn tortilla chips. It was also good as a spread on pita. There are lots and lots of variations online.
