: cauliflower dip and it's

: cauliflower (coated with a bit of
: olive oil and roasted in the oven
: till brown at 350).

: I saw a recipe for dip made from this
: roasted cauliflower. Basically you
: just blend it up with a touch of
: water and a bit more olive oil and
: then add seasonings. I made it
: with curry powder, salt and
: pepper, and it was really
: delicious with carrots, and my
: favourite blue corn tortilla
: chips. It was also good as a
: spread on pita. There are lots and
: lots of variations online.
