I am seriously considering joining YLD, but I have some questions and can't locate the answers on the website.

Are the chats at the same time every week?

Are the chats via Skype or some sort of "phone" service, or are they like instant messenger text only chats?

Is there back and forth or does Kathleen do all the talking?

Are the chats recorded...so like if I have to miss the chat that week can I listen via podcast or something? (Asking because with three kids my schedule varies and I can't always guarantee where I will be week to week.)

Is the $99 a yearly subscription or is it lifetime membership?

I think that is all.
