Milk

Hi there!,

I have a question about milk lol... So I cut out all the simple sugars from my diet. I no longer put cream and sugar in my coffee. I drink about 2 cups a day of Lactaid whole milk. I never use to drink much milk. Now I crave it. I don't crash from it. I do notice I am really excited when I am about to drink some. Should I cut the milk out too? It has 12 grams of sugar and I don't think it's added?
