It's been a month, I have been eating breakfast, eating my protein split into 3 meals. I have been journaling what I eat and how I feel. I was already eating brown things, so I didn't have to change too much with that. I didn't listen and jumped the gun:/ I quit the tablespoon of sugar in my coffee the first week:( but like I said, now I'm craving milk and just wondering if its the sugar I'm craving and is that ok?
