Re: Mosaic?

hi Pam M :h24)

thanks for asking !
I have done that RR thing of getting a life LOL that sounds a bit flippant really, but it did happen that way

so I have been doing a LOT of travelling and adventures, a bit like a gap year for grown ups :h6)

and retirement is meaning things like swimming and line dancing evenings , book clubs and things I thought I never would do.... much more engaging with friends as they retire too.. that's been a bit of a time explosion as I am realising I must make the most of this time...……….. to embrace it all while I am fit and moblle LOL I sound about 80.... LOL but there is a bit of a serious aspect to that...….. so there are museums and planned walks and all sorts. Bit like when my children were little and I had to put everything on the calendar to keep straight, that's all for me now

the kids left home also which I thought would be awful …. to my surprise it has meant treasuring visits and spending evenings with DH watching the TV we saved instead of the kids things That sounds really silly but its a bit of a golden time to prioritise for now And I'm glad these changes have been so easy

while I was working and stressed out, RR proved so much an anchor, and a springboard to feeling free now , which is what I would wish for everyone, I am conscious of using the things I have learnt all the time, every day

Foodwise I hear you ask :h6) I'm well and happy and never sugar/white or my uneasy things ever ever. and thanking BE class and all the other stuff making that easy. feeling what keeps me safe and cosy

Travelling about is so funny. Has been the realisation of a long planned for dream There have been places I thought would be so easy. Which turned out a big big challenge
Sydney Australia for instance . It may have been where we were staying, but oh noodles and white things everywhere. We ended up practically living in one Greek restaurant as it was the only thing we could find

Yet New Zealand - I was all prepared for a challenge but it was easy, easy. Best breakfasts on the planet, and big chains of Indian restaurants and family type restaurants as well

as for plane travel, Iknow which airlines to pick now :h6) :h6) and always pack the nibble box

its a good life, hope you are all well too x
