Hi all! Well I have a report of my being not very tenacious. I slipped into panic mode and went off the protein for breakfast. Long story short, I'm back!!! This time I am off all the "supplements" that help with weight loss. I sent my body in some kind of a tail spin and got very concerned about it. So, I'm back, without the supplements and just going for a more natural approach. I think I should wait about 2 weeks at least, to get my body back to just breakfast in the mornings before I start on step two; but, now I am ready to go a step further; I think so anyway. My trouble is I get bored and I want to do something effective. But, slow and steady wins the race, or so I'm told. If you have anything to add I'm all ears!! Thanks in advance!!!!
