moving sugar to meals

Hi...I am on step three and am now moving my sugar to meals. Unfortunately this is where I have had problems in the past with figuring out what to have. If I make it too much of a treat....such as cookies/cupcakes/brownies I can seem to stop, even though I am having adequate protein and browns and veggies. Anybody come up against this issue? I would love some suggestions for this dilemma. Thanks!
