Annie, my husband doesn't do the program, although his eating has improved since we've been together. We each have our own breakfast that we like. We are usually at work for lunch, or we go out to eat on weekends. So dinner is usually the only meal we share. We eat the same food, and then if he wants something sweet, he has it. The biggest challenge is timing. He eats breakfast later and isn't always hungry at the same time, so sometimes I use snacks. If he didn't like what I eat for dinner, I'd cook for myself, but we usually have grilled meats, a vegetable, and brown rice, potatoes or sweet potato. When we have pasta, we use brown rice pasta, which has a nice texture.

: Hi Chloe: And your answer brings me
: to another question; perhaps you
: can answer. What do I do if I live
: with someone who is not on the
: program? It seems impossible from
: where I am sitting now; but, I'm
: asking the question hoping there
: is a solution after all.
