I just wanted to say hello. I've read and practiced Potatoes not Prozac off and on for several years. I've lost much weight over the years...however, right now... my sweet tooth is really strong...so decided to connect with this group again. Kathleen... I really appreciate ALL your work in regards to sugar sensitivity... it makes such sense. I'm going to re-read Step 1, which I actually practice very consistently...as well as do journaling daily.
